Before a listing appears
- We check the organisation and relevant professional details against suitable public records.
- The practice confirms its services, age groups, service areas and delivery settings.
- We record the languages spoken by treating clinicians. Reception or interpreter support is listed separately.
- We do not infer availability from an old website page or social post.
How intake status works
A practice may confirm that a service is accepting new clients, has a short waitlist, has a longer waitlist or is not accepting clients. The status includes a confirmation date.
If it is not confirmed again within 30 days, we remove the availability label. The rest of the profile may stay visible if its other details are still reliable.
What verification does not mean
Verification means we checked specific information. It does not mean Allied Match recommends a provider, guarantees availability, assesses clinical quality or decides whether a service is right for an individual.
Corrections
Providers and members of the public can request a correction or removal. We pause disputed claims while we review the information.
